Drilled, Deburred and riveted PF-162 to PF-164 using SSPS44 rivets. Clamped PF-164 to front of cabin as per drawings with the bottom extending down 65mm. Traced cabin frame work on to back of PF-164 and removed from frame. Using the traced lines I laid out the rivet pattern on the back of PF-164. I use a long ruler to transfer the solid rivet pattern from the cabin frame work on to PF-164 to make sure I would miss them when I drilled out for the rivets to attach PF-164. Drilled rivet holes in back of PF-164 and deburred. Clamped PF-164 to cabin and drilled rivet holes into frame. Removed PF-164 and deburred cabin frame. Primed all frame work again and back of PF-164. Clecoed PF-164 in place and riveted with SSPS44 rivets that were provide with kit. (DRAWINGS SHOW TO USE SSDS44BS) That is no longer the case the kit is supplied with 140 SSPS44 rivets now. I took all of them.
