Brief Description: Fit Door Struts and Door Cabin Blocks to Right Doo
1. Re-fit Door Lock mechanism. 2. Install the threaded centre points to the front and rear door pins. 3. Drill 2 x 7/16 holes in the front and rear jams and de-burr the holes. 4. Match drill the #10 holes for the door pin blocks and machine counter sink. 5. Test door locking and trim rear block to allow the door to close flush. 6. Postion and sand the cabin cover to fit the WD-1023 gas strut bracket. 7. Make four bushes for the Strut mounting eyes. 8. File and sand a step into the cabin cover for the C-1016 gas strut bolt eye to clear. 9. Trial fit the Brackets and strut.
