Brief Description: Final Horizontal Stab bottom riveting
Got the new level, rechecked my leveling of the frame, and then the applied skin, and then riveted it down, assisted by one of my helpers. :) We then proceeded to flip the horz stab over and prep for skinning. Strapped it down and hit it with some initial cleco's.
