Used the soldering iron to melt away the fabric next to the drag and lift cables. Several opening will require patching to close excess gaps.
Built a new cross cable for the right side aft wing strut because the original was about 1 inch too short. Shorten both cross cables on the left side by about a 1/2 inch to provide a tensioned configuration.
Checked the wing alignment and found the dihedral staying at about 3.2 degrees up. The wing tip to tail post distance was less than 1 inch difference between the two wings. The left wing appears to be laying at a slightly less angle of attack at the outer third than the right wing. Test flying will determine if this is an issue or not.
