Brief Description: Completed First Ironing of Right Side Fuselage
Applied glue along the bottom longeron and along the bottom fabric edge. Pull the right side fabric tight and set it along the bottom of the fuselage. Glued up about a foot and a half at a time and continued along the fuselage until the tail end. Cut a small slot in the fabric to fit over the tab for the attachment of the elevator braces and then glued the fabric to the bottom of the fuselage. Wrapped the fabric around the rudder post and trimmed away excess fabric and glued in place. Touched up the top edge of the right side fabric with glue hitting any areas where the glue was light.
Ironed the right side fabric with the small iron set to about 275 degrees. Added patches to the tail attachment point, the lift cable attachment points and the aileron pulley area. Will start on the right wing stub covering during the next work day.
