Brief Description:  Laid Out Fabric On Fuselage

Installed a 4 inch segment of split tubing on the oil warning light wire right above the connection to the sensor to protect the wire from chafing on the steel oil line. Secured the tubing to the wire with a small zip tie to keep it in place. Added a standoff zip tie to the alternator wire off the return oil line before the firewall.

Laid out the roll of fabric along the right side of the fuselage and clipped it to the top of the fuselage. Trimmed the excess fabric from the bottom of the fuselage leaving a three inch edge. Rolled up the fabric from the right side and set it aside. Positioned the remaining fabric in reverse order down the left side of the fuselage and clipped it in place. Trimmed the excess fabric from the bottom of the fuselage and cut the front edge free from the remaining fabric. Rolled up the fabric from the left side and set it aside. Laid out the remaining fabric on the top of the fuselage and clipped the left side to the fuselage. Trimmed the excess fabric from the right side of the fuselage and cut the top fabric free from the remaining roll. Attached the large end of the remaining fabric to the front of the belly of the fuselage. Clipped both sides of the bottom fabric to the fuselage through the tail area. Trimming of the bottom fabric will be completed during the next workday.
