Brief Description: Pop Rivet Stitching Top of the Upper Right Wing
Finished taping the ribs with the 1/2 inch packing tape on the top of the wing. Melted all of the stitch holes on the top of the wing using a soldering iron. Installed pop rivets in each of the stitch holes over the top of the wing. Glued fabric tape over each of the wing ribs that have pop rivets center over the rivets. Wiped each tape with a shop towel to remove any excess glue from the tape.
Turned the wing over and applied packing tape to each of the ribs with stitch holes. Melted each hole clear with the soldering iron. Installed pop rivets in the stitch holes until my supply of rivets were exhausted leaving about a third of the holes open. Awaiting a new supply of pop rivets to finish the wing.
