Brief Description:  Continued Work on Covering Lower Left Wing

Drove out to Airdrome Aeroplanes facility to pick up two rolls of fabric tape and some additional 1/2 inch aluminum tubing.

Applied a thin layer of glue around the inside of the perimeter of the wing. Used a segment of 220 grit sand paper to lightly sand each of the wing ribs over the stitch holes. Wiped down the bottom surface of the wing with acetone removing any markings present. Cut a triangle section of fabric to fit the aileron gap. Laid the material in place and set the top edge with the small iron. Pulled the material tight and set the bottom edge with the iron. Removed the excess material with the pinking shears and set the edges with the iron. Applied another coat of glue on the edges of the segment and set it aside to dry. End of day.
