Brief Description: Started Install of 12V Accessory Plug
Removed the knob from the dimmer pot for the AOA system display. Removed the mounting nut from the pot and removed it from the instrument panel. Checked the wiring configuration on the back of the pot. Found that the ground wire was not connected to the center terminal. This will be corrected during the next work day.
Selected a location for the accessory plug on the lower right side of the instrument panel. Drilled a 1 1/8 inch hole in the instrument panel for the plug to fit into. Also drilled a 7/16 inch hole on the right side of the large hole for the circuit breaker for the 12 V plug. The installation of the plug and circuit breaker will occur during the next work day.
