Found a leak on the left side brake at the master cylinder and tighten the bayonet fitting on the master cylinder. Bled the left brake through two cycles keeping the reservoir full during the cycling of the brake. Repeated the process for the right side. There appears to be improvement in the peddle movement when applying the brakes.
Installed a 1/2 inch long plug in the top pf the oil sight gage leaving only a very small gap. Hopefully this will reduce the flow of air and oil back through the oil system and allow the oil temp gage to work. Installed a second clamp on the plug to keep it in the top of the oil sight tube.
