Lined up the end of the activation arm for the master cylinder at the top of the left foot channel within an inch of the end. Marked the locations of the mounting points of the master cylinder on the side of the foot channel. Drilled each mark with a 1/4 inch drill and mounted the master cylinder to the foot channel with two AN4 bolts. Repeated the same process for the right side master cylinder.
