Brief Description: Pitot Bracket Shims and Off Set Pulleys
Mounted shim on left wing cross brace under aileron cable.
Determined location for mounting the pitot tube on the left wing. Fabricated a bracket to fit the location and added a tab to the front right corner.
Evaluated the aileron cables crossing the cockpit. Decided that a pulley mounted to the fuselage sides in line with the cable at the level of the original crossing would solve the routing issues. Cut two pieces of aluminum 3 by 4 inches and bent a 5/8 inch lip on one side of each. Drilled a 3/16 inch hole in the top end of each lip to mount the pulley between each bracket.
