Brief Description: Reinstalled the Throttles and Belly Pan Installati
Installed the red knobs on the throttle shafts. Mounted the left throttle on the support bracket and connected the engine and right throttle cables. The movement of the throttle on the bracket appeared excessive. Removed the mounting bolt and added a washer to the back side of the bracket to stabilize the mount. Mounted the right throttle on its support bracket and connected the left throttle cable. Checked the movement of the throttles for correct operation.
Removed the belly pan from the fuselage. Used an air nibbler to remove areas on each side of the belly pan marked for removal. Filed off the edges and cuts. Tighten up each of the connecting bolts on the landing gear struts bringing the cross cables to full tension. Fitted the belly pan into place and again marked the areas where material was to be removed on each side. Removed the belly pan and filed away the material marked for removal. Again installed the belly pan in position and drilled the forward mounting holes and installed two 1024 screws. Drilled the aft center mounting point and installed a screw there. More fitting to do tomorrow.
