Brief Description: Construction of the Throttle Back Plate
Mounted the throttle cable to the front clamp on the back plate and connected it to the throttle handle. Checked the through of the throttle to ensure full operation of the carburator. Through and throttle movement was good. Posisioned the back plate on the fuselage and marked the front. Removed the throttle cable from the throttle handle and the back plate from the fuselage. Removed the throttle handle from the back plate. Marked a 2 1/2 inch diamature around the throttle mounting point on the back plane. Marked the back place from the front and back edges next to the cable mounting brackets to a tangent to the middle circle. Cut along each of these lines to remove the excess material. Sanded all edges and rounded the corners.
The mounting holes for attachment to the fuselage still remain to be identified.
