Brief Description: Left Throttle Assembly Drilling
Mounted the right end cable clamp using two 1032 bolts and lock nuts. Drilled two 3/16 inch holes in the lower tang on the throttle handle. Cut a 5/8 by 2 inch tab from a 0.08 sheet of aluminum. Notched one end to fit up next to the throttle shaft and rounded the other. Drilled two 3/16 inch holds in the lower tang. Clamped the tab to the lower tang with vice-grips and drilled the top hold through the tab. Mounted the tab to the lower tang using a 1032 bolt and lock nut. Drilled the second hole through the tab and secured it with another 1032 bolt.
Mounted the left end cable clamp using two 1032 bolts and lock nuts. Measured 1 3/4 inches from the center throttle mounting shaft and marked the lower tab. Drilled a 3/16 inch hole in the center of the tab. Measured 1 3/4 inches again from the center throttle shaft up on the throttle arm and drilled a 3/16 inch hole in the center of the arm.
The next task is to mount the throttle cables and check movement and throw.
