Turned the spar over so the riveted side was down. Laid out a W9 sheet of aluminum along the spar so that the sheet overlapped the area of joining on the other side. Installed the rivets every 4 inches so that they were not aligned across the spar. Cut the second segment of sheeting to match the other side and pop riveted it in place. Set the main spar aside and placed two W3, 1 1/2 inch pipes on the table to form the aft spar. End of day.
