Brief Description: Left Forward Lift and Drag Cable Rigging
Prepared hinge blanks by rounding the hinge side and sanding all edges. Installed the forward left drag cable and checked the wing angle. Tighten the forward left lift cable and. checked the wing angle. Checked the angle of the front spar to 3.10 deg and the spacing of the turnbuckle. Tighten the turnbuckle on the lift cable to tension. Checked the angle of the front spar at 3 deg. Check the position of each turnbuckle and adjusted the cables as required to arrive at correct tension, turnbuckle position and a 3 deg dihedral on the front spar. Crimped the ferrules to complete the cables.
