Installed cable guides at the wing roots to keep the aileron crossover cable from coming in contact with the wing rib braces. The crossover turnbuckle was out of tension travel and the ailerons needed another 1/2 inch to meet the wing edges. Removed the ferrule on the right side of the turnbuckle and shorten the crossover cable by 3/4 inch. Replaced the ferrule and tensioned the crossover cable and checked the alignment of the ailerons at the wings and the status of travel of the turnbuckle. Everything checked. Crimped the ferrule to secure the cable end.
Checked the right wing aileron lower horn turnbuckle and adjusted the cable length for tension and turnbuckle position. Double check the stick alignment, the tension and turnbuckle and then crimped the ferrule at the turnbuckle.
