Completed aileron cable runs from the stick to the aileron horns. Tested the configuration and found that the pulley arrangement was not acceptable due to potential cable chaffing at the pulleys. To resolve this went back to the original configuration of the pulleys as individual units. This required moving the spar attachment tabs to be moved outward by about 3 inches and reattached to the spar. Reconfigured each pulley with a short cable and attached it to the spar tab. Reinstalled the aileron cables and tested the alignment of the cables to the aileron horns. This alignment was good.
The crossover cable had to be shorten by 1/2 inch to bring the ailerons into neutral alignment with each wing.
