To correct the cable alignment with the aileron horns the pulleys were removed from the spar tabs and the attachment cables removed. The pulleys were reconfigured into one unit and bolted directly to the spar tab. The aileron cables were reattached and the alignment checked. The alignment with the aileron horn was good but the performance of the pulleys may be an issue. The cables come off of the pulleys at an angle too close to the edges.
