Mounted the drag cables to the center section. Adjusted the left wing assembly to a 3 deg angle by raising the frame support under the wings. Double checked the wing angle and that the fuselage is level. Installed a thimble in the turnbuckle and install the cable tightly through the turnbuckle and held in place with vice-grips. Repeated the process for the second drag cable. Again checked the wing angle for the desired 3 degree dihedral. Made final corrections and rechecked the angle. Crimped the cables at the turnbuckles. Removed the excess cable ends and completed the final crimp. Removed the wing frame.
