Completed the fitting of the angle brace on the right main stub. Clamped it in place and spot welded it at both ends. Put three two inch welds along the top edge of the brace. Removed the clamps. Completed the welding of the brace to the fuselage including the lower overlapping tang.
Wired bushed each wing stub to remove old paint and any slag. Wiped down the left side while the right side cooled getting ready to paint. Completed the cleaning of the right side. Started painting on the left side and then moved to the right side to complete the painting.
