Laid out the wing template and install the forming blocks to support the correct rib curvature. Laid the top rib in the blocks and corrected any variances to match the shape of the template. Laid out the bottom rib and adjusted the nose end to fit the profile. Added the nose cone and drilled the top 1/8 inch hole into the rib and secured it with a cleo. Drilled the bottom hole and also secured it with a cleo. Double checked the alignment and drilled the second top hole followed by drilling the bottom hole. Put a pop-rivet in each of the drilled holes. Removed the cleos and put pop-rivets in those holes. On the trailing end of the wing rib drilled a 3/16 inch hole through the top rib and into the bottom rib and locked the two together with a 3/16 by 3/4 inch pop-rivet.
Completed the second rib in the same way as above. Fitted the additional two top ribs to the profile but will have to wait until more 1/2 inch tubing is acquired for finish those ribs. The completed ribs will fit over the wing stubs and be secured in place when the outer wing is mounted.
