After topping up the hardner and resin since I cleaned the pump, it took awhile to prime the hardner. The resin was no problem but the hardner caused some grief.
I checked the ratio by weight. With 3 pumps, the resin weighed 46g and the hardner weighed 16g.
I cut 2 plies of BID @45deg, each to cover the entire forward face. I cut 1 ply of UND horizontal to cover above the leg holes and including the top pegs.
I cut 10 vertical UND strips and 8 BID @ 45 deg strips. These will be used for vertical strength along the left and right sides.
A piece of peel ply and wax paper was cut to cover the layup.
