Brief Description:  F22 forward face layup

The temperature in the workshop was 84deg F and the humidity was 38%.

Jason Piecowye came over to work with me on the layup.

Dry micro was used to touch up the bottom rounded edge and the joints where the foam is joined.

Micro slurry was applied to the entire forward face of F22.

Next, 2 plies of BID were applied to the entire piece, then 1 ply UND horizontal was applied above the legholes.

5 plies of UND and 4 plies of BID were applied (alternating) to the vertical columns on the left and right sides, then peel ply was placed over the entire layup. The peel ply was covered with wax paper and then a wooden board and weightes were placed on top.
