Using one piece of LAST-A-FOAM .2 x 12 x 48 PO 904216 LOT 40-15401 P/N 01-14400 from Aircraft Spruce Canada, the F28 bulkhead left side was traced at the bottom of the foam piece and then flipped over and the right side was traced. See F28 bulkhead foam image below. The F28 bulkhead was then cutout using a coping saw, utility knife and straight edge. The rest of this foam piece was put aside to be used with the instrument panel bulkhead.
A second piece of LAST-A-FOAM .2 x 12 x 48 was used for the F22 doubler. First the left side template was traced onto the foam then flipped over and the rights side was traced. See F22 doubler foam image below. The F22 doubler was then cutout. The rest of this foam piece was put aside to be used with the F22 bulkhead.
