The plans, Cozy e-logs, and other builder sites were reviewed to learn about the F22 and F28 bulkheads. It was noted that there should be a 3/8" gap between the outside F22 and the F22 doubler. Also, the top edges of F22 and F22 doubler are flush with the canard cutouts (see chap 6 figure 8; chap 7 figures 20 and 23).
The F22 and F28 bulkhead templates have to be created before shaping the foam.
The F28 template was traced onto a piece of paper from drawing M-4 and then cutout with a precision knife and straight edge as shown in the F28 template image below.

Lastly, the F22 template was created from drawing M-4 as shown in the F22 template image below.
