Used template shown on right side of 1st photo to trace outline for cutouts on instrument panel. Made cutouts with special knife and drilled pilot holes for screws. Second photo shows instruments test fit in cutouts. It did need some minor filing to get everything to fit just right. Last photo shows cutout with an USB extension wihich will connect to the USB ports on the back of the Dynon EFIS. Still need cutouts for throttle, flaps, vents and ELT switch. Waiting for vents to arrive so I can make sure spacing works.
