AGH!! It's actually time to drill the spinner holes. I drilled 1/8 inch holes through the spinner into the back plates. Then, clecoed it all together. Looks good.
I don't have any pictures, but the lengthy step was installing all the nutplates on the back plates. Lastly, I drilled the holes in the spinner JUST large enough for a screw to fit through. I'm thinking of replacing the screws with ones that have a flatter head.
