This afternoon and evening I worked on the stiffeners again.
I started by working on the fit a bit more, than drilling the pieces to the frame.
Next came the 6 small straps that are riveted between the slits in the pieces. These dang little pieces take forever to complete.
Next, I sprayed primer on the pieces I will be riveting together. When the primer was drying, I cleaned up the shop and worked on deburring and smoothing the edges of the canopy.
When the pieces dryed, I riveted the straps in place.
