This afternoon I worked on support seal angle. When the canopy lifts up, it scrapes on the seal. As Vans instructions put it, "The canopy installation is designed with a very tight clearance." And suggest trimming the support angle. I probably sanded off an 1/8 of an inch before it quit scraping. (The angle just supports the seal.)
I am VERY happy with the fit of the hole in the hinge point. Many people end up with a minimum clearance. (At least one thing is going right.)
