I am getting REALLY good at making these critters. This is the third time I've made these particular ones. I probably could have gotten by with the others... but decided to order some new angle iron and another sub-panel.
- Marked angle - Drilled with drill-press - Marked for aluminum removal (To make the angles correctly, I made a quick pattern out of a flat piece of aluminum) - Cut with bandsaw - Cleaned up edges - Drilled angle to sub-panel - Deburred
