Thanks so some other builders, I was able to figure out some of the vague instructions on the panel. It is extremely difficult to figure out the height of the channels and their absolute position.
- Fabricated the channels - Temporarily installed the skin to get exact alignment of the 644R, 644L, and 643 channels - After they were aligned, I taped the channels to the skin. (While they were clecoed in place.) - Removed the skin and drilled. (Channels still taped in place. - Clecoed everything back in place - Marked and drilled the 743 angle iron.
(I had the skin on and off a dozen times. But, it looks like everything is aligned correctly.
