This evening I started work on the brake pedals. I cut the angles, drilled, and clecoed everything together before I discovered the angles ended up being a bit short. I squared up the ends of the angles with a table disc sander. I had replace the sanding disc before starting and it took too much of a bit. So, I cut a new set of angles making sure they were longer than they needed to be. Then sanded the ends square.
Tomorrow I'll trim the angles to lighten them, countersink for the rivets, and set the rivets.
