Brief Description: Enlarge Opening for Aileron Pushrod
I started out the evening filing the hole where the aileron pushrod goes through the wing spar. (As per the call I made to Vans.) I took it slow and kept checking the fit of the pushrod. I put everything back together when I was done... and think I will take a bit more off. There is plenty of travel on the aileron, but I would hate for the rivet in the top of the pushrod to catch on the spar in a sharp turn.
