I can't imagine getting the horizontal stabilizer more accurate... so I drilled for the rear bolts. I backdrilled the bottom holes with a 1/8 bit then enlaged to 3/16 - put in the bolts - and tightened. Then, took off the clamps and drilled the tops holes. It seem VERY sturdy!
(When you are making adjustments on the horizontal stabilizer to get it perfect... the adjustments should be microscopic. Just the slightest tap will change the measurements dramatically.)
