I completed the trailing edge on each of the elevators today. I drilled the correct angle using the guide Ken fabricated! It worked great. After drilling, I deburred the parts. Then, dimpled the skins and countersunk the trailing edge bar. I used sacks of sand to keep the elevator flat on the table. In preparation for completing the trailing edge, I drilled the holes through to a square aluminum tube and clecoed them in place.
