Brief Description:  More air snout glass work and oil door fitting

Applied a slurry of cotton floxnd epoxy to the air inlet snout in cowling and covered with peel ply.

Sanded problem areas in upper cowl and worked on the upper corners of the oil door recess. I had filled those areas with glass cloth and epoxy and so I cut and trimmed slowly until the hinge fit nicely and the door layed down properly. Its hard to imagine but the area fwd and aft of hinge was a small hole and then continued into the door recess flange. Since the door sits below the piano hinge, the recess and the holes were visible. I covered those areas and then today cut and sanded for a good fit. It took me longer than expeced.
