Fabricated a rod end bearing wrench out of short section of 1"dia. PVC pipe. Used this to screw in the 2 rodend bearings on each elevator spar to 13/13"
Set up table to provide enough room for the horizontal stabilizer and elevators.
Since the elevator tips wont fit until some skin is cleared away for clearence, I had to attach the elevators in a deflected position. Only inserted the bolts to hold in alingment. This will alow me to mark the skin for cutting the clearence needed.
