Measured and placed hinge in the trim tab, double and triple check alingment, clamped in place

Match drilled the hinge through the skin

Drilled the bottom side of trim tab through the bottom flange of trim tab spar

Dimpled the trim tab skin top and bottom

Dimpled the bottom flange of trim tab spar and counter sunk top flange of trim tab spar

Marked the inboard edge of pian hinge to be cut off flush with skin and spar
