dimple front spar and countersink reinforcement bars and bend the spar to 6 degrees to match the reinforcement bars
edge break and smooth, deburr holes of the 10 ribs
flute ribs
drill HS spars to angle bars and main ribs. First mistake happened here! Drilled hole to close to edge of reinforcement bar after drilling through the main rib flange and and spar web. Stopped here to call technical support in morning to see if part should be replaced.
