Brief Description: Left side tension rods revisited
I first reinstalled the fwd left baffle corner assembly and cut a lengthg of scat tube for the ram air to heat muff but wont install it just yet.
I installed the inbd left side tension rod that was fabricated previously. The photo shows some PT 062 1/4 bushings to protect the engine from the rod. I will use this on other side too when I get to it.
I spent at least an hour trying to get the obd stainless steel rod bent to fit but was not successful. Today was just not my day for this. Ill try again later. The problem is the oil return line and clearence to go between it and the engine. The other side I didnt go between the engine and the oil line but over it. I think Ill do the same on this side
