Vans canopy skirts come with a very faint scribe line on each. This is the aprox final fit but they call to make 1st cuts 1/4 inch outside their lines and then trim inward for best fit.
Marked the scribe lines with pencil co I could see them better and then marked a second line 1/4" outside the first for my initial cut.
Made first cuts with the dremel and 1.5" plastics cut off wheel
They should be sanded next before fitting begins but its too hot for me today. Im fixing this though by added a 9 by 9 foot hooch in my hangar with air conditioning. Next time I will be able to cool off when I start getting too hot. Yay!
