VS tip and rudder upper tip
Marked and cut to fit the VS fiberglass tip and sanded for fit the Rudder upper tip
Cut aluminum strips for the inside lip of the two so that the pop rivits wont be pulled thru the plastic.
epoxy the strips on and clamp
VS tip marked for cut
Rudder upper tip sanded for fit
Tips with the strips epoxied and clamped
