Brief Description: Scarfing corners, access panel plate nuts, primer
1. Removed rt wing aileron to get access to the row of rivits I failed to rivit before hand. 2. Rivit that row along T.E of top skin to the aileron gap seal. 3. Scarffed the corner of lower right obd skin as per instruction. Also did the same to the inbd skin where it gets overlapped by the obd skin. Used the vixin file first and then followed with the scotch brite wheel on die grinder to finish up smooth. Also finished up the other wing skin. 4. Drilled the holes for the access panel platenuts in the skin. Deburred and dimple, then rivit the platenuts on using the Nas rivits (aka oops rivits) after counter sinking for them. 5. Drilled out 4 of the plate nuts since they didnt sit flush and reinstalled. 6. Primered the interior side of the bottom skin with a couple coats of the self etching dupli color paint.
Scarffed the corner with a course vixin file
Final touch up and scratch removal with the scotch bright wheel
Setting the rivits for the access plates nut plates on bottom skin.
