Cut hardwood bending blocks. Inside block tapered to fit angle
Marked bend lines top and bottom on both ends
Secured to table with c-clamps and double sided tape between blocks and metal skins to prevent slipping
used a block to start the bends and then my rivit gun with flush set on real low setting to finish bend . After setting the trim tab in the elevator, the outboard bends were not very square and the gap was uneven. Not pretty!
Put bending blocks in again and readjusted the bend line for square and slowly and carefully moved the bend in more towrds the trailing edge. Looks much better now.
