Although I have not been making regular entries lately, I have been working on things when I can. I was wanting to get to work on my landing gear, but I've come to realize that that is a much more complex assembly than I am prepared to tackle. Not only are there critical angles involved, but my welding skills are not up to the challenge of those complex clusters and angles. So, I've changed gears and decided that I better work on some of the simpler assemblies, which I am doing now. Not sure if I've mentioned it elsewhere in the log, but the aluminum control horns are out, for various reasons... I am currently working on the original steel type. I'll report more on those later.
