Deburred nose ribs and spars for left and right flap. For left flap: Mounted nose ribs to left spar and drilled holes to size. Clecoed ribs to spar and drilled sapr to rib flange holes to size. Fabricated FL-906A angles support bracket and FL-908C spacer and fit to spar drilling rivet holes using holes in spar as guide. Drilled holes in table to allow skin to sit flat on table with clecos in place on bottom skin using holes in skin as guide. Clecoed bottom skin to ribs and place bottom side down on table. Clecoed top skin to ribs. Wieghte assemply down to keep ribs and skin perfectly flat against table top. Clecoed nose skins in place - this required a great deal of force to get the preformed leading edges to fit sniggly around nose ribs and match up to top spar rivet holes.
