Built extended eight foot table top using two eight foot 2x4 and 2/4" MDF mounted on top of one of my existing 2x5 work tables. For both left and right ailerons - cut and shaped stiffeners. Deburred edges of aileron skins, main ribs and nose ribs. Fitted nose ribs to stainless steel counter balance tube and drill holes for rivets. Match drilled stiffeners to skins. Set aside to complete preparation and fitting of flap components. Will complete after priming flap and ailerons parts.
