Brief Description: Rudder skeleton assembly

Continued building the rudder skeleton. Its all pretty much fabricated and cleco's and now needs all the holes final/match drilled in the spar & ribs, etc. Have to go out for a work meal tonight, something Jackie has going on, so that's it for now.
